Around the World : Whimsy Sweatshirt + Canvas Satchel

One of the things I enjoy most during travelling is being able to observe how different people live their daily lives. Paris, New York, and Bali are three different places that offer three very different ways of living. Paris is romantic and relaxed, New York is busy and intense, and Bali is quaint and relaxing. To me, a city is much more than just a geographical location – it’s a lifestyle. I’m always happy to wear this ”Around the World” sweatshirt because it reminds me of the many sweet memories I’ve had from sampling different lifestyles during my travels.

I’m wearing:

Sweatshirt, Jeans, Boots – Zara | Shirt – Gap | Bag – Ted Baker

As much as I like sweatshirts, wearing a sweatshirt with jeans can come off as being a little too effortless. To mix things up, I occasionally like layering a collared shirt underneath my sweatshirts to add an unexpected preppy touch.

I couldn’t agree with you more. Having lived in both Paris and NYC, I can agree that they are, respectively, calm and intense, but they also have a lot of similarities. When I lived in NYC, I found that it made me homesick for Paris… go figure… In any case, I think it is a sign of just how global the world is becoming! And also… you look fly, as per usual!

Paris and NYC?? Can’t tell you how jealous I am! I’m hoping to study my Masters in France, so hopefully I’ll get to live the French life for a little while when that happens.
